How to Keep your computer running smoothly.

First off, download ONLY what you think you need.  The more programs you have, the slower your computer becomes.  
Secondly, when you are installing those programs, pay careful attention to what it says AS you are installing it.  If you are not careful, it will install trialware or some sort of toolbar that will drag your system down. 
Thirdly, grab a copy of Ccleaner and run it from time to time.  It intelligently cleans out uneeded files and helps keep your computer running smooth.
